Cinch smoothies

Tired of your boring breakfast? Ready to shake it up with exciting, energizing, good for you smoothies?

Here's my favorite right now...

Celebrate this coming St. Patty’s Day
Drink a Cinch Shamrock Shake!


1 cup (handful) of green chard
(yes, that’s right we said chard!)
1/4 cup frozen or ½ C fresh strawberries
½ medium banana
12 oz cold water*
2 scoops Vanilla Cinch Shake Mix


Blend all ingredients until creamy. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and drink up!

Another favorite...
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raw milk
1 cup chard or kale
2 scoops vanilla cinch
dash cinnamon and cayenne
freshly grated ginger

add to blender and blend vigorously until smooth

The great thing about these shakes - even my toddler LOVES them. She begs for "kawel milk" every morning. How many of you have kids who beg for kale?
